- Unwanted physical contact, advances, or behaviors that create a hostile or intimidating environment.
- Online harassment, such as cyberbullying, trolling, or posting offensive content in virtual sessions, forums, or course platforms.
- Retaliation against individuals who report harassment or participate in investigations.
Violations will result in immediate action, including removal from sessions, termination of access to Services, or reporting to authorities if warranted.
We prioritize confidentiality and ethical conduct to maintain trust and integrity. You agree to:
- Protect the privacy of others by not sharing recordings, screenshots, or personal details from sessions or projects without explicit consent.
- Submit original work for assignments and projects, avoiding plagiarism and properly crediting sources.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including India’s DPDP Act, 2023, and CorporateSpace’s Privacy Policy.
- Adhere to guidelines for training programs, such as respecting intellectual property in course materials.
