CorporateSpace offers IT training, consulting, and professional development services, including but not limited to:

• Online and in-person training sessions on MERN stack, PHP, Laravel, and cybersecurity.
• Customized corporate training programs.
• Access to our course portal for student registration and materials.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration or interactions.
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
• Not engage in activities that could harm, disable, or impair our systems, networks, or other users’ experiences.
• Not attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems.

As a user, you are responsible for:

• Share or reproduce training materials, session recordings, or proprietary content outside their intended use in our programs.

Limited use of materials is permitted for personal, non-commercial purposes as part of your participation, subject to any specific terms provided during training.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information in compliance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. By using our Services, you consent to these practices. You also agree not to share or disclose other participants’ personal information without their consent.

Some Services, such as training programs or consulting sessions, may require payment. All fees must be paid in advance as outlined during registration. Refunds are subject to the following:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to itclassindore@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds are not available for services already rendered or materials accessed.
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests at our discretion, with reasons provided.

Payments are processed securely, and we do not store payment information beyond what is necessary for transactions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CorporateSpace, its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available,” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
