Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:
- Training Programs: Refunds are available within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase or registration, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content (e.g., videos, materials, or live sessions).
- Workshops: Refunds are available if requested at least 14 calendar days before the workshop start date. No refunds are available after this period or once the workshop has begun.
- Consulting Services: Refunds for consulting sessions are available if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- Technical Issues: Refunds may be considered if you experience persistent technical issues (e.g., inability to access our course portal) that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification.
Refunds are not available for services fully rendered, materials downloaded, or sessions attended beyond the specified thresholds.
