1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

  • Training Programs: Refunds are available within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase or registration, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content (e.g., videos, materials, or live sessions).
  • Workshops: Refunds are available if requested at least 14 calendar days before the workshop start date. No refunds are available after this period or once the workshop has begun.
  • Consulting Services: Refunds for consulting sessions are available if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Technical Issues: Refunds may be considered if you experience persistent technical issues (e.g., inability to access our course portal) that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification.

Refunds are not available for services fully rendered, materials downloaded, or sessions attended beyond the specified thresholds.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Submit a written refund request via email to itclassindore@gmail.com, including your full name, contact details, purchase details (e.g., course or service name), and reason for the refund.
  • Requests must be submitted within the eligibility period outlined above.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria, with reasons provided in writing.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Training programs where more than 10% of the content has been accessed or downloaded.
  • Workshops or live sessions that have already started or been completed.
  • Consulting sessions conducted or scheduled within 48 hours of the request.
  • Customized corporate training programs tailored to specific client needs, once development has begun.
  • Promotional or discounted services explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellations by CorporateSpace

In rare cases, CorporateSpace may cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

  • Insufficient enrollment for a training program or workshop.
  • Technical difficulties preventing delivery of online services.
  • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).

If we cancel a service, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future session, at your discretion. Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.

5. Payment Terms

All fees for CorporateSpace services must be paid in advance at the time of registration or booking. We accept payments via secure methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers. Payment details will be provided during the registration process. We do not store payment information beyond what is necessary to process transactions, in compliance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

6. Dispute Resolution
